Troubleshooting & FAQ for Amazon Fire TV & Firestick
Developer Options is missing in Fire TV settings
Amazon hides Developer Options on newer Fire OS updates. Go to Settings › My Fire TV › About, and click your device name 7 times rapidly until a toast notification says "No need, you are already a developer".
Stream freezes or buffers during live Sunday NFL or UFC games
Some US ISPs (like Comcast or AT&T) may throttle high-bandwidth video streams during peak hours. Set your router or streaming device DNS to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google DNS (8.8.8.8) to bypass DNS-level blocks. Alternatively, connect via our Anti-Freeze™ direct port provided on WhatsApp.
My login credentials are not accepted
Check for typos in the Server URL, Username or Password (they are case-sensitive). Ensure there are no accidental spaces copied from WhatsApp. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp and our 24/7 US team will verify your account immediately.
The picture stutters or drops frames on 4K 60fps channels
Ensure your Fire TV Stick is plugged directly into the mains wall adapter, not a low-powered TV USB port. On 4K Max models, set Settings › Display & Sounds › Display › Match Original Frame Rate to "ON".
